When we think of custom body modifications, we invariably focus on parts like spoilers, air dams and side skirts that can help a car slice through the wind and hug the pavement, and custom hoods that can funnel cold air to the engine or allow excessive heat to escape from the engine bay. But while those are all definite upgrades for appearance and performance, when you’re doing body mods don’t neglect your roof! We offer custom roof parts in carbon fiber and fiberglass that can lighten your car, lower the center of gravity, improve functionality, and give it a unique, eye-catching look.

No material says high performance like carbon fiber. Carbon fiber has the strength of metal, but carbon fiber components are generally about half the weight of comparable metal parts. Carbon fiber parts have long been prevalent on race cars but now carbon fiber panels are also becoming standard equipment on many high-end production luxury and sports cars. Our carbon fiber roof parts come with a glossy finish that allows that unmistakable track-ready carbon fiber pattern to show through, and our lightweight fiberglass panels come ready for prep and paint.

As you can see, we offer a large variety of custom roof parts for street and racing applications, including hard tops, replacement roof panels, sunroofs, roofs for racing cars, and roof covers, overlays, and skins that go over existing roof panels. Replacing your heavy steel roof with a lightweight carbon fiber roof can lower your vehicle’s center of gravity for better handling and give it a high-performance look, and for select applications we have the replacement carbon fiber roof panels for the job. But if you just want race car looks without the expense and involved installation, we have carbon fiber covers, overlays, and skins. They come ready to install and attach easily with adhesive. No drilling or permanent modifications to your vehicle are necessary.

Our covers, overlays and skins are standout appearance enhancers, but they can also be a practical repair alternative if you have roof damage like pockmarks from hail or scrapes and scratches from tree branches. In addition to roof panels and covers for coupes and sedans we also have practical hard tops for convertibles in fiberglass and carbon fiber. A hard top is a sensible alternative to the fabric soft top for winter driving. Hard tops generally provide better sealing, and they’re better insulated for more consistent interior temperatures. Hard tops are also more rugged than fabric soft tops and better able to withstand harsh weather like ice and significant heavy snowfall. Keep your soft top safely folded up so it’s ready to go when top-down cruising weather returns.

Many sports cars come with removable “targa” type roof panels that allow an almost convertible-like open air driving experience. But if you don’t want the wind and heat, there’s no reason to give up the bright sunshine - just equip your road burner with one of our sunroof panels. A direct replacement for your factory roof, it will give you a great view while you cruise in comfort.
