Speedi SCAT is a specially formulated solvent blend for lifting and removing wax, silicones, grease, oil, and other potential contaminants from surfaces to be painted. This product quickly dries for a residue free surface. Speedi SCAT is the ideal pre-paint prep product and can be used on virtually any substrate - metal, fiberglass, plastic, painted finishes, etc.
