Limited warranty and exclusion of all other warranties

Thermo-Tec products are warranted to the original buyer only, against defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of first sale by seller, and of which seller is notified in writing within one (1) year of the date of delivery to the buyer. This warranty may not be changed in the absence of a writing signed by an officer of seller. The buyer should carefully consider the use for which Thermo-Tec products are purchased. It's the buyer’s responsibility to determine whether these products are adequate and beneficial in the environment in which they’re used. This warranty is voided if material is exposed to power washing. Except as specifically provided in this limited warranty, there are no warranties express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose, made in connection with the sale of any Thermo-Tec products.
