Can't Go Wrong!

I bought the universal 6 cylinder 8.2mm set. My installation is on a '06 Caravan with the 3.3L. What a difference they made!!! I even tested the advertised resistance (40-50 ohms/ft) before installation, and they were basically spot on (give or take a few ohms here and there, which makes no difference!) The OEM wires from the parts store measured at 5k ohms plus, and that was on a much shorter OEM wire (about 2ft shorter!). As you know, the shorter the wire, the less resistance (ohms) it should have, and my OEM wires are not that old, they are actually still in spec...but still have high resistance which equates to more sluggish throttle response, and a less efficient burn, which decreases gas mileage. Did all this as a way of furthering my quest for better gas mileage, and it's working quite well, not to mention throttle response and acceleration are very much improved on my 3.3L, coupled with the custom cold air intake I made...! Anyway, thanks CARiD for a great product! Hopefully, this review will help others who are looking for better MPG's!
