This review is for customer service only as I have yet to install the parts, it's still too cold for that.
What I can say is that customer service was AWESOME! The first set of parts they sent were damaged in shipping. They were not folded but did have a distinct unintentional curve to them. This might not have been so important to the larger pieces, but the smaller ones would have for sure been unusable. I reached out to customer service and was promptly contacted about my issue. I sent off a couple photos of the damaged goods per their request, and they filed the damage claim for me. Once approved they fired off the replacement parts post-haste. The whole process took less than 4 days to clear up, and within 2 weeks from initial filing, I had new, undamaged parts in my hand. Right proper chuffed about such excellent customer service!
Now, I am just waiting for mother nature to get sensible about the temperature so I can install my parts. I will try to update when I get them on.
