The Rixxu™ Soft Pet Barrier is a long-lasting, black polyester fabric barricade that installs between the front seat backs, effectively blocking your dog’s path into the front seat area where he could cause a dangerous driving distraction. Hooks and elastic straps attach the barrier to the headrests and to the undersides of the seat bottoms (take care not to attach hooks to wires for power seats or seat heaters). The adjustable straps allow the pet barrier to be installed in any vehicle, and also allows driver and passenger seat adjustment. The barrier’s flexible lower netting expands to accommodate various center consoles, and the openings in the netting are large enough to allow console air vents to function and easy access to console mounted controls for audio, seat heaters, etc. The top mesh panel has two functions, it allows air circulation and it provides a window for your pet to see you – even though he can’t get to you he can nonetheless be reassured by your presence.
