Rigid Industries circuitry is designed in-house to be powerful and efficient, as well as generate little heat. Rigid Industries durable aluminum housings feature custom, over-sized heat sinks which keep the temperature down and allow the LEDs to run cooler and brighter. All Rigid Industries LED lights receive a high-quality powder coat finish, a custom-molded rubber seal, and an unbreakable, scratch-resistant lens. They also come with Rigid's patented Hybrid optics system, the most powerful and efficient LED optics system available on the market which utilizes a combination of lens and reflector to capture the maximum amount of light emitted from the LEDs and project it exactly where you want it.
These lights are specifically designed to be recessed into a truck bumper, utility bed, the hull of a boat, or any application where you need the light to look clean and be out of the way. Once installed, the light is only 1/4" tall, which means you can get all the benefits of Rigid Industries surface mount lights with OEM quality and flush installation.
This is a Flood version of the Rigid Industries Hybrid optics system which produces a 20° flood pattern. It's a great option if you're looking for a good area light at an affordable price. While offering just over half the distance of the Spot version, the Flood provides twice the area coverage.
