Warranty

Any Recon products that are found to be defective in either material or craftsmanship will be covered under warranty as stated below. Lighting products that require electrical 12-volt power during operation are covered for a period of 90 days following the original purchase date. If any Recon product proves to be defective within the warranty period, Recon will, at its discretion, either repair or replace it with the same or similar product at no cost to you.

This warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper installation, road hazard, accident, racing, misuse, alteration or normal wear and tear. This warranty excludes all incidental or consequential damages unless otherwise provided by law. All applicable implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty, unless otherwise provided by law.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Only One Issue

This product looks and functions great. When connecting the wire harness I noticed that it did not fit perfectly. Two minutes of filing and it was fine though. Looks awesome.

Product looks great on my black Jeep. Installation was a bit tricky, had to trim the connection plug, too long, brake light wouldn't seat properly.

Love The Look.

Recon® - Black/Smoke LED 3rd Brake Light

Love the look. It really gives a different look to my Black 2012 F150 Harley-Davidson. Didn't know that I was going to have to splice into my wires but that's ok. Only issue I have is that it doesn't sit flush to the surface of my truck.

Cargo Light Is Horrible

Recon® - Black/Smoke LED 3rd Brake Light

Quality and look of the light is great, but LEDs are horrible. You can't see the cargo light during the day and hardly at night. Not worth the money!!! Don't waste your time with this one, it's overpriced.

Easy install, don’t forget to put RVT silicon around on the gasket. Looks awesome. Wish it was brighter, should have spent the extra money for the brighter one!
