Universal Pro Series™ 5 to 150 psi Workhorse Digital Tire Inflator with Euro Clip-On (TIG-8300) by Power Tank®. PRO Series Digital Gauge, Clip-on Chuck, 24" SuperFlex hose whip, 5-150 psi 0.5-10.5 Bar pressure range, large numbers, and blue back light for accurate reading at night and in adverse weather conditions. Digital gauge features: 6 times the accuracy of analog gauge, automatic on, automatic off, shock resistant internals, shock boot, and 3 year warranty on the gauge. What makes Power Tank Tire Inflators better than others? They are made to withstand higher inlet pressures without leaking as Power Tanks may push over 300 psi into them. That means special lube, o-rings, pistons, and gauges.

Power Tank tire inflators are designed in house and spec only the highest quality components before hand assemble them in shop. You have a choice between standard Euro clip-on chuck, a high pressure push-on chuck, or a dual head chuck. spec only true Euro clip-on chucks so you know that tolerances are tight and they'll grip your valve stem solidly every time. The high pressure push-on (HiPPO) chuck has an even tighter hold as it grips in two spots instead of one, though it is wider at 7/8" and may have issues gripping onto hard to reach stems. If you have dually wheels or alcoa wheels with hard to reach stems, choose a dual-head chuck.

The strict tolerances in the pressure cast body and brass piston ensure a buttery smooth trigger action. They slide using tough EPDM O-rings that won't tear when subject to the extreme pressures and flow rates of a Power Tank. The bleed button to let air out sits right beside the trigger and falls right under your thumb, exactly where you'd expect it.

The 150 psi gauge has a protective rubber boot to prevent damage from bumps and falls. The LCD screen is back lit in blue for easy reading in low-light conditions and features a battery level indicator. use common AAA batteries good for about 200 hours before needing a change and they're easily accessed in the back of the gauge. It is accurate to +/- 1.5 psi.

Warranty

Power Tank Regulators are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. For the first year (12 months) from the original date of purchase, Power Tank will repair or replace (at the election and expense of Power Tank) a SuperFlow™ regulator for free so long as a dated copy of the original sale invoice is provided along with the defective regulator. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified regulators are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, or negligence. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product. Power Tank warranty will not cover abnormal use or regulators that have been tampered with. Abnormal use or tampering includes but is not limited to modification or disassembly of any part of the regulator, unreasonable use, use with a gas other than CO2 or N2, use on a non-certified CO2 tank (past due hydro date or failed hydro test), use on a non-CO2 or N2 tank, neglect, lack of maintenance or care, use in a production related service, improper lubrication, or use after malfunction or damage has occurred. Use of a Power Tank regulator without a Power Tank Power Grip Guard (handle) will void your warranty. This warranty is transferable and applies to USA only.

Power Tank Cylinders and Regulator Guards have a limited lifetime warranty. Each tank requires a recertification test every five years from the tank's manufacture date. If a tank should fail the recertification, the customer may send the decommissioned tank to Power Tank in exchange for a brand new replacement cylinder. To help protect the valve and regulator Power Tank requires that its Power Grip guard be mounted around them at all times. Power Tank offers a lifetime warranty on this guard against material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is transferable and applies to USA only.

Power Tank Tire Inflators with Gauges are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. If a Power Tank Tire Inflator fails due to a manufacturing defect within five years from date of purchase, Power Tank will repair the unit or replace it, at its discretion. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified units are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, or negligence. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product. Without a proof of purchase, it will be assumed that your Tire Inflator is over five years old and does not fall within the scope of this warranty.

Power Tank Hoses and Tank Boots are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. If a Power Tank Hose or Tank Boot fails due to a manufacturing defect within two years from date of purchase, Power Tank will repair the unit, without charge, or replace it, at its discretion. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified units are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, or negligence. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product. Without a proof of purchase, it will be assumed that your Hose or Tank Boot is over two years old and does not fall within the scope of this warranty.

All other Power Tank products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase. If a Power Tank product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 60 days from date of purchase, Power Tank will repair the unit, without charge, or replace it, at its discretion. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified units are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, or negligence. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product. Without a proof of purchase, it will be assumed that your product is over 60 days old and does not fall within the scope of this warranty.
