Warranty

Livernois Motosports Warranty Policy

During the warranty period, Livernois Motorsports will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product found to be defective in material or workmanship. In the event of a possible defect in material or workmanship, the responsibility of Livernois Motorsports is strictly limited to either the repair or replacement of the product. Livernois Motorsports is not be responsible for incidental and consequential damages, property damage or personal injury damages to the extent permitted by law.

The following information explains in-depth instructions regarding the Livernois Motorsports warranty:

Parts defective in material – If failure occurs due to a defect in material;
Workmanship – Any work performed by Livernois Motorsports resulting in failure.

The following are specifically excluded from the Livernois Motorsports warranty:

Damage from misuse, improper work – assembly, installation, tuning, machining, etc., or unauthorized repairs or maintenance (including consequential damage).
Failure from abuse or neglect – engine over-revving, overheating, detonation, improper usage, lack of proper maintenance, failure to use or maintain proper type and levels of fluids, fuel, oil, and lubricants. Proof of proper maintenance is the owner's responsibility; keep all receipts and be prepared to make them available in the case that maintenance questions arise.
Livernois Motorsports specifically disclaims responsibility for any of its products' compatibility with aftermarket parts produced by other companies or with vehicles that have been otherwise modified.
Incidental or consequential damages, including labor or diagnostic charges to determine failure.
Repairs to Livernois Motorsports products performed by unauthorized persons or organizations.
Disassembly and/or modification – If the product is altered or modified in any way from its original state, the warranty will be void. Products are marked, etched, and date-coded so Livernois Motorsports can track all activity during the entire build process.
Normal wear and tear.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Excellent Device and Support

Livernois Motorsports® - MyCalibrator™ Tuner

It's clear the device is nothing special, but what is important is that the tuners are in the background to deliver multiple great tunes through it which are fully customized to all the mechanical mods I revealed in my 17 6th Gen SS Camaro - includes a tune to run e85. The tune is excellent! No DTC error messages and the car runs better than ever. Also, the support received from Anthony and the calibrators is nothing less than perfect. I live in Switzerland and we do not have access to good tuners (or mechanics for that matter). This calibrator tuner device was the best option if you want to be able to easily and quickly change between stock and modified tunes. I highly recommend this product which opens the window to great customer support.

Great Product

Product looks like it should. Easy to use if you follow directions. It does everything that Livernois Performance said that it would do. The price is very reasonable for the amount of performance and gas mileage you get... I could hardly believe the "seat of the pants" torque my car now has. This calibrator is the "lowest priced horse power " that you can buy, l am definitely impressed. Thanks to Livernois Performance engineers.

Lincoln MKZ 2.0 Ecoboost

10/10. Enough said! I am and will forever be a returning customer of Livernois motorsports! The only area that could even be improved on would be overall performance parts for my Lincoln 2.0 ecoboost AWD.

Great Product

I enjoy the ability to have custom tunes made specifically for my vehicle based on the aftermarket parts I have installed. The tunes provided are amazing and you will definitely feel an increase in throttle response and torque. I highly recommend getting this tuner.

Amazing Tuner

This is a very unique product. I read several reviews before making my purchase decision. Looking at the physical product itself is very unimpressive, but the medium by which you use to re-program the truck isn't what you or I paid a premium price for. Once I got the tunes loaded onto the tuner and spent maybe 10 minutes programming the truck, the difference was amazing. I was very surprised by the torque and power this tuner added to my 2.7 liter Evoboost. In my opinion, it was worth every penny. Also, if I decide to trade my truck in, I can just return the truck to the "stock" time, give Livernois a call and can program my new truck as well. Definitely way more HP added than these $300/30 hp tuners that just boost up the turbos.

Livernois Believer!

I have to say, I've never done any kind of modification to a car in my life. I modify all my motorcycles to no end! So, for the first time in my life the truck I usually get every few years came out with a twin turbo edition, curiosity got the best of me, & had to get it! Couldn't believe a stock 4000lb SUV was making 320hp! Having the need for speed, I started doing very lil research! Went on a forum & everyone on there said the Livernois was made for my car & don't waste time with anything else! Looked up the Livernois & sounded to good to be true! Plug it in & within 5 minutes I had an extra 117hp & an extra 97ft lbs of torque! Wasn't sure what kind of difference that even made in a car. Holy crap! Now I know!!! So do most that line up next to what they think is a sleeper! Thank you Livernois! Unreal!!!
