Later, the model was renamed the QX60 due to the changes in the Infiniti nomenclature. The Infiniti JX features a spacious interior with the seating for seven passengers. This model was developed on the base of the slightly altered and prolonged Nissan Murano platform. The JX was the first production Infiniti to feature three rows of seats. The JX came powered with either a 3.5 L gasoline V6 or with a 2.5 L inline-four gasoline-electric hybrid powertrain.
