Warranty

Go Rhino® warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Warranty claims must be accompanied with the original invoice and photos of the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to clean regularly and protect finish with regular applications of a nonabrasive polish that is compatible with the product’s finish.

This warranty covers the cost of the product only and does not include the cost of removal, installation of the product. This warranty is void if the product shows signs of alteration, misuse, mishandling, improper care, neglect, improper application and/or damage due to improper installation. This warranty provides a one-time replacement on workmanship if all of the above conditions are met.

Finish warranty covers peeling, flaking, or cracking. Washing all finishes regularly with car wash soap and rinsing well with water is the best method for maintaining the finish on your products. You must also protect the finish with nonabrasive automotive wax on a regular basis. The use of any compound which contains abrasives becomes a self-defeating exercise as the compound scratches the finish and opens it to corrosion. The use of harsh chemicals used to remove bugs and tar may also cause the finish to fail and should be avoided.

Looks great however the anti rattle wedge is not however I improvised and made it work.

Rear Hitch Bumper Guard

Very nice and attractive serves it purpose, easy to install although the "wedge" is not too helpful in that it vibrates loos, but step is still very sturdy and can support a large frame person, price very reasonable as compared to other places

Second One

This is my second one due to my first one saving my Durango when I was rear ended. It took all the momentum from the other car and just wrapped around my hitch. No damage to my car at all. Great product.

Quality is amazing! It looks great, even the receiver insert is polished stainless. I'm going to get rid of my rusted bull bar and get one for my Avalanche too!

Almost Perfect

This product looks great and is very easy to install. The only problem is that it shakes a bit when installed. The company provides a "shim" that helps, but you need double-sided tape which is not included.

The Go Rhino hitch step is very solid & well made. I am very impressed with the weight and the finish, as well as the excellent fit on my Acadia. A very useful addition for the larger SUV's & especially useful for the even taller truck based vehicles. A good purchase.
