Remanufactured CIS Fuel Injector by GB Remanufacturing®. OE-quality or better performance at a reduced cost is what you'll get with this remanufactured CIS Fuel Injector. This part is an exact OEM replacement injector, so it guarantees factory-like fit, form, and function.
Unlike many other fuel injection systems, the Continuous Injection System (CIS) sprays fuel constantly at a variable flow rate, rather than pulsing it in time with the intake strokes. Although fuel injectors are constructed to last for a long time, they may fail prematurely due to contaminated or unreliable quality fuel, destructive driving habits such as stop-and-go traffic, etc. If you don't want to pay high dealer costs to replace your old faulty CIS injector(s), GB Remanufacturing is just what you need. It has you covered with quality remanufactured injectors that are exact OEM replacement parts, not similar or aftermarket injectors, so factory-like fit, form, and function are guaranteed.
The cost advantage of the fuel injectors by GB is so significant that you can often replace the entire set of injectors for the same cost of replacing one or two new OEM or aftermarket injectors. The experts at GB restore the part to a condition that is equal to, or often better than, that of a new OEM product by reusing the components that don't wear out and carefully replacing all faulty units. GB utilizes the latest cleaning equipment, ultrasonic baths, flow benches, and computers to ensure that every remanufactured fuel injector meets or exceeds OE specifications and parameters. Plus, GB carefully analyzes all failure modes and makes upgrades to prevent failure of the part in the future, so in many cases a GB Remanufacturing injector is better than new.
In the remanufacturing process, each injector is cleaned, degreased, and subjected to a coil resistance test. After that, the injector is ultrasonically cleaned using state of the art equipment, reversed/back flushed, and put through a battery of tests such as spray pattern, leak down, flow rate tests, etc. Before the technicians install new components and make a final inspection, each injector is polished, clear-coated, and lubricated.
Established in 1986 with headquarters in California, GB Remanufacturing® provides rebuilt OEM fuel injectors for both gasoline and diesel applications, injector components, and diesel electronics to the automotive aftermarket. GB is also a trusted supplier of new fuel delivery parts. Since it was founded as a small family owned company by Mike Kitching and his father, William, GB has steadily grown to become a worldwide supplier of fuel system parts and the largest remanufacturer of fuel injectors in the USA. When GB remanufactures a product, it carefully analyzes all of the failure modes and makes upgrades to prevent future failure of the part whenever possible. It utilizes state of the art specialized equipment, including proprietary tools, to ensure that its customers receive the most reliable product possible.
