You love your light-duty pickup for all its given you, and wouldn't dream of putting salvage parts, or low-quality discounted components on it right? The Ranger wasn't built to haul an RV around, but it also wasn't created to be pussy-footed around either. The abuse from every day driving can wreak havoc on exhaust components. Gaskets crack and blow apart, clamps rust and break off, constant heat can ruin the internals of an expensive catalytic converter, and your muffler and attached piping only last for so long before an overhaul is needed.

Aftermarket parts have come a long way in quality and performance over the years. This goes double for aftermarket parts that are made to install and perform like the original equipment parts do. Don't feel sentimental about shopping for a new exhaust at your dealer, they cost too much! Whether you just need a new rubber hanger or two, a specific o-ring or gasket, or your Ranger's in need of a new cat converter or cat-back – we've got significantly marked down parts with quality ratings that meet or exceed OEM! Check out our deals on DEC cat converters for your 85-07 Ranger. Or take a gander at the great deals on Bosal mufflers, intermediary pipes, and tailpipes for older model years while you're here!

Ford Ranger Exhaust Reviews

Quality and sturdy system, uses factory head pipe, which has the flex coupler up front. Was quite a simple install. Everything lines up perfectly, clears spare tire perfectly and the hanger posts all spot on. I skipped using the last section of pipe (for side exit) and just fastened the tip, which puts the exit at same level as bottom of spare tire, which provides perfect clearance for off roading/etc. Sounds great, just adds a minimal amount of noise compared to stock. I had been running an MBRP exhaust, which used a provided rigid head pipe, which never would seal good, even with tougher clamps, all the joints leaked, annoying. The Gibson has zero drone, even with skipping the last pipe section. Sounds great revving, quieter than the MBRP idling and no longer sounds like a diesel truck idling. Highly recommend.
