Ford OE AV6Z10C679P - Battery Cable
Ford OE AV6Z10C679P - Battery Cable
My wipers started acting up one morning by themselves, I assumed it was the wiper motor. Took it in to be told it was a negative battery cable that the wipers connect too. After installing on this Ford (which you actually have to work to get to the battery in this mother, lol) it was replaced and so so corroded which I wasn't told about, and I noticed the radio, different warning messages I hadn't seen since I purchased the car 2 yrs ago. Yesterday my car wouldn't unlock or start when hitting the button so then I thought the battery or alternator. I took it in again. The reason I'm mentioning the battery is because my ex which is a female mechanic told me the corrosion was being caused by something drawing too much... Yesterday when I took the old battery in, it was extremely hot to touch and I believe that battery was getting ready to explode. But at least the part that was bought is what lead me to correct the issue and the seems to be working fine now
