Imagine a world where everyone’s face looked the same, boring and nondescript. Very depressing. But that’s the reality of the vehicle world, where every car and truck looks basically the same as the one that preceded it down the assembly line. Dare to be different! The grille is your vehicle’s “face”, and the perfect way to personalize your ride and set it apart from the masses is with one of our custom grilles.

Our selection of custom grilles is unmatched. We have the latest styles from all the top brands. Choose from elegant, polished stainless steel mesh grilles that look perfectly at home on luxury cars, to aggressive studded black mesh grilles designed for tough off-road trucks and SUVs; polished aluminum billet grilles with their roots in the custom car world, to CNC grilles with wild, unique patterns, for a one-of-a-kind look.

Mesh grilles are a traditional favorite, and a perfect choice to change the look of a factory egg-crate style grille. We offer mesh grilles made from aluminum, stainless steel, and ABS plastic. The mesh can be created by weaving together strands of stainless steel, or cut and formed by machine, and available finishes include polishing, chrome plating, and powder coating. The weave of the mesh will also vary, from very fine mesh to dual weave patterns, and more. For that tough-as-nails look, many of our truck and SUV mesh grilles come with studs around the perimeter, and some are available with integral LED light bars.

The term billet grille historically referred to a custom grille formed from bars machined from solid billet aluminum, but today billet grille is often used to refer to any type of custom grille. For our purposes, we’re referring to bar type, or tubular grilles, but along with aluminum, the bars can also be made from stainless steel. The bars can be vertical or horizontal, and there can be many thin bars spaced close together or a few thick bars spread further apart. Billet grilles are available polished, chrome plated, or powder coated. There are also ABS plastic billet grilles that are chrome plated or painted.

For the ultimate statement of personal taste and style, choose a CNC grille. These grilles are created using a computer controlled machining center, which machines complex patterns and intricate designs from a solid piece of metal. Computer programming ensures that perfect symmetry is achieved in the finished product that would be unattainable if attempted by hand. Grilles with patterns of holes, called “punch” grilles, are made using CNC equipment, as well as flame motifs, tribal designs, and even manufacturer’s symbols and logos.

Along with deciding which grille will look best on your car or truck, you also have to consider the method of installation. In general there are three kinds of grilles, overlays, inserts, and complete replacements. Overlays are the easiest to install because they install over your existing grille and are attached with hidden clamps or bolts. No drilling or cutting is required, but from some angles you may be able to see your original grille behind the overlay. An insert replaces the main part of your grille, which must be cut out, and the front fascia of the vehicle may require removal to complete the job.

Custom Grilles Reviews

I recently bought this grill for my 2012 Ford superduty. I love the look of it on my truck but APG do better with your instructions . Your instructions are garbage. I removed things from my grill that didn't need to be removed and I was left with nothing to screw the after market grill to. Had to get a little creative to secure everything.
