Cal-Van Tools are engineered and manufactured to the highest quality standards. Most tools are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty which guarantees tools from manufacturing and material defects. Any tool which fails to perform under normal use can be returned to the point of purchase for warranty. It is Cal-Van Tools’ option to replace or repair any tool found defective in workmanship or material.

This warranty does not apply to tools that are worn beyond their serviceable life, abused, altered or misused In any way. This warranty does not apply to wearable Items, Including, but not limited to: hone stones, razor blades, bulbs, files, snap rings, dies, re-threaders, drills or cutting tools.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
