These Bull Rings mount just 3" below the truck rail, (inside the bed and not in the rail cap) and allows the user up to 4 tie-down points in the truck bed. For use in the 4 holes in the corner posts, and Rated at 1,000 lbs., the RAM Bullet is spring-loaded, to keep the stainless ring flush with the cover and out of your way. Pull out on the ring to lock it in the "out" position for attaching your rope or ratchet strap. To retract back in and store flush, just bump it with your fist. Installation couldn't be easier. They're specifically designed for your truck bed and require no drilling, no special tools, and no hassles. To install them remove the screws, install base, lift to the top of the hole, push in the backing plate, center on opening, install the screw.
