Premium Design Black Leather Steering Wheel with Rosewood on Top and Bottom Inserts (AW1197L002-DRW) by B&I®. This steering wheel is actually an OEM factory steering wheel with the addition of quality components. B&I Premium Steering Wheels are Genuine Factory Parts, refinished with your choice of interior-matching leather and a Woodgrain, Sport or Factory Match Finish. Heated function is not available.

Make sure that your hands are on the custom piece, as this is the only option you deserve! Custom steering wheel with matching custom dash kit would be a perfect customization touch for your interior. Please take a minute to get acquainted with core exchange policies.

Removal of your original wheel and installation of B&I finished replacement wheel generally takes no longer than 45 minutes. It is easy enough to do yourself, providing you have the proper tools and manufacturer supplied instructions for your specific vehicle. However, for your own peace of mind, you may just want to bring your wheel to a licensed mechanic to insure the wheel is properly installed. Original airbag, horn, and any other previously installed controls, are transferred from your original steering wheel.

Great Quality Steering Wheel

Always wanted a steering wheel with wood grain and I'm glad CARiD had it here. I was tempted by the carbon fiber selection, but chose the rosewood selection for my wheel and it took about 2-3 weeks to receive. For what you pay you get high quality products. Wood grain was polished and black leather was fresh! Didn't have all the proper tools to do it myself so had my mechanic put it in, no problems. Looks great and makes driving even better.

A Little Disappointed But Acceptable.

B&I® AW1197L002-BLACK - Premium Design Black Leather Steering Wheel with Piano Black on Top and Bottom Inserts

I wanted to ensure that I gave this product some use before I conducted a review. At first when it arrived the fumes were very intoxicating, you want to ensure that you let it air out for at least a day or two before you try installing your vehicle. At first sight it looks great and the installation for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited was fairly easy. It didn't come with any instructions but I found some installation instructions online so there was no issues as far as that was concerned. One thing I did notice after I started using the steering wheel was that the left side leather wrapped wasn't as tight as the right side. In my personal observation it seems like the glue that attaches it has started to give way. I'm not a left-handed person I'm actually a right-handed driver so I could not contribute that to my excessive use in that one section of the steering wheel. I haven't had any issues with this other than the left sides of the steering wheel. Be careful not to hold your keys in your hand as it will scratch very easily. If you're rough on your steering wheels I would not recommend this, but my overall review of this product is; "acceptable".

Looks Good But

B&I® - Premium Design Steering Wheel

The steering wheel looked good, nice, fresh and new! The only problems I had were, installing it was a little tough at times, I recommend that you have someone with a little experience to help you and I ordered the glossy mahogany wood but instead I received a flat matte finished wood! It was ok but anyway they gave me a small discount for the trouble.

Long Time to Get It Shipped

Excellent Steering Wheel

B&I® AW1044L002-DCZ - Premium Design Black Leather Steering Wheel with Factory Match (F-Series 2005-UP) Grip

I’m very particular about things I buy for my truck and I was very impressed. I like that they only use original Ford steering wheels to start with so the fit was right on. The redone leather looks good and looks to be nice quality. The fake wood grain I ordered for mine matched the fake wood grain on the dash and door panels for my 2005 F250 great. Just as important I was worried about the transition from the fake wood grain to the leather on the top and bottom and I was very pleased with that as well. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of this steering wheel and considering a new one from Ford for my Lariat with all the options was $500 I was pleased with the price as well. I would and will buy again from them if needed in the future and I’ve already recommended them to others.
