Warranty

APG Grilles have a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase required. This limited warranty does not include normal wear and tear and is void if product shows evidence of misuse, abuse, accident, collision, road hazard, improper installation and/or maintenance or modification.

This warranty is limited to the repair and /or replacement of the product only at the discretion of APG Grilles. Grease and dirty particles will corrode even the highest quality stainless steel given enough time. Most accessories require regular maintenance. For APG Grille products, they recommend normal cleaning using mild soap and water and use of a non-abrasive aluminum/stainless steel polish on a continual basis taking into consideration your climate and driving conditions. Never use steel wool or metal brushes to clean your grille, also avoid using abrasive cleaning agents to clean your grilles.

APG Tonneau Covers have a lifetime limited warranty on the frame: against defective materials or workmanship on all Aluminum rails, aluminum components, clamps, hinges, bows and hardware. 5-Year on the tarp: against defective materials or workmanship on the vinyl cover. Warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, modification, neglect, improper service or installation.

Not Quite

APG® - 4" iStep Running Boards

The boards are nice and they look great but on a Jeep you’ll need to buy longer bolts for the front supports. The ones supplied aren’t long enough to even put the nuts on, let alone the washer that goes with it. Be ready to make a trip to the hardware store.

Good Quality Step Rails

I absolutely love these they made my f150 look good and they definitely serve their purpose haven’t had any issues with them the only thing I have to complain about is they shorted me a couple plastic washers to put between the clamp and truck bolts but no issues ram them through car washes still holding I love the fact that they’re metal and not plastic

1996 Ford F150 Running Boards

APG® - 4" iStep Cab Length Silver Running Boards

Purchased these running boards for a 1996 Ford F150. These running boards may be differently supported (brackets) for other year and model trucks. Only issue I found was that the front bracket/support was poorly designed and allowed some give when stepped on. The rear support designed was very solid. Simple fix for me was to install a 4 1/2 inch support from the finder support bolt/mount that provided the additional firmness to the step. I like the look and function that these steps provide. Give them a 4 out of 5 stars rating.

Almost 5 Stars.

APG® - 4" iStep Black Running Boards

Just installed the 4" iStep running boards on my black 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. Look great and are solid. Only installation issue was that 3 of the bolt plates used in the installation wouldn't quite fit into their designated existing holes in the frame. Had to cut down one end of the plates so they would pass through into the hole. Nothing I couldn't handle and not totally unexpected with an installation like this. No modifications needed to the van itself, which is good. Took about 3hrs took complete due to the hiccups and that I'm a "do it right" methodically slow guy.

Excellent Steps

APG® - 4" iStep Cab Length Running Boards

These are great. I have had a lot of different styles and brands through the years on various trucks and these are by far the best value and some of the best made. I think they are worth more in scrap aluminum than what I paid for them. They are sturdy and look good. I had them installed by myself with common tools in about 20 to 30 minutes including time to read directions.
