DEM Style Functional Heat Extraction Ram Air Hood (DC15AHDEMFHW) by Amerihood®. Functional custom hood is perfect replacement for the ordinary factory hood. Direct cold intake air to work with performance air intake system by major manufacturers such as AirRaid and K&N. Amerihood utilized factory hinges and striker for easier installation, smooth gel coat finish on top and underside for easy prep and shorten work time for that perfect finish. Installation typically requires sanding, trimming, and filling prior to painting, thus, professional installation is recommended.

All parts purchased by the customer must be post cured and pre-fitted to the vehicle to be inspected before painting, such paint work is the sole responsibility of the customer and person painting the part.

Amerihood warrants to the original purchaser that their products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (90) days from the date of purchase. Please keep the original packaging for at least (90) days.

This warranty does not include painting and Amerihood does not warrant for product damage caused by abuse, misuse, shipping, accident, normal wear, incorrect installation by a non-qualified individual, incorrect modification or adjustment, dirt, contaminants or corrosion. Minor scuffs or non-consequential surface blemishes may be present as a result of the post-curing, manufacturing, shipping and handling process cannot be considered as defective.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by a dated, legitimate proof of purchase from Amerihood or one of its authorized dealers. Warranty claims for Amerihood merchandise purchased from an Amerihood dealer or distributor must be submitted to that dealer or distributor in accordance to their policies and procedures. It will be up to Amerihood to replace, credit or repair said defective part.

In the event of a defect in material or workmanship, Amerihood shall not be responsible for (a) actual or alleged installation labor, transportation or other incidental charges; (b) actual or alleged consequential or other damages incurred by use of Amerihood products; (c) injury or any damages arising directly or indirectly from any defects in its goods, defective or otherwise. Besides the fact that they have excellent customer service, their products are excellent as well. I was helped from the time I typed in CARiD.com on my laptop all the way until my part was delivered. Their shipping company that they used was very helpful. I had tracking, mobile updates and the truck even came to my house. The package was excellent and is impossible to damage because they box their products great. When I opened up the box I examined my part and it looked awesome and I was excited to get this onto my vehicle. Despite other companies, this hood was almost a perfect fit. Really I thought this was going to need same kind of work cause aftermarket never get it right. But honestly this needed no work at all. It was the perfect fit or a better word close enough cause there isn't anything that's perfect.They even got under the hood smooth. Highly recommend this hood.

This hood is of good quality and worked nice on my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. Fixed it up for grandson’s birthday and Christmas, both in December. Had truck painted in a matt gun metal gray with Hemi orange accents.

Best Look

It gave my Chrysler 300 2014 base model 3.6 a whole different look. Just look at the photos before and after. It's the same car. I just changed the grill, the hood, and I blacked out the chromes.
