Alpha Owls products have a limited 1-year warranty (please also see Alpha Owls limited 1-year warranty policy below). This limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper installation, road hazard, accident, racing, misuse, alteration or normal wear and tear. This limited warranty does not cover vehicles used in racing or competition or vehicles with settings other than those set forth in the original manufacturer's specifications.
Cost of installation and labor is not covered under this warranty. Alpha Owls shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages and/or injuries resulted from the use of its parts.
Any item that is returned as defective, and found to be non-defective will have no credit issued.
All defective items returned to Alpha Owls and verified to be defective will receive item credit that may be used for a replacement.
All warranties are not transferable if an item is resold. Alpha Owls reserves all rights to refuse and deny any warranty claims that are not processed by the original owner of the product. (Details can be read in Alpha Owls limited 5-year warranty section below).

Limited 1-Year Warranty

Alpha Owls guarantees the original purchaser a 1-year warranty from defects in material, workmanship, and finish under normal usage. This warranty does not cover shipping damage, misuse, mishandling, road hazards, product modifications, or discoloration. This warranty does not cover the cost for installation, removal, labor or shipping. This warranty only applies to new products installed on the original vehicle. The warranty covers the replacement or repair of any part or parts that are defective.
Warranty claims cannot be determined until returned goods are inspected.
Alpha Owls warranty specifically excludes defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, submersion, theft, acts of God, vehicle crash, or by any other type of impact. They're Alright

Alpha Owls® - Quad-Pro Black DRL Bar Projector LED Headlights with Sequential Turn Signal

I like the headlights a ton. I've had them for a while and just got around to finally adjusting them. I adjusted the headlights to aim evenly then after onenight of driving, my right headlight tilts downward again. I'm not sure what is wrong.

I was absolutely blown away by the quality and design of these headlights! They are extremely bright. Light up the whole road and sides of the road for maximum visibility. They look super cool and mean. I absolutely love them. I can stop looking at them. What an amazing product. Don't hesitate, get these now!! I searched for months before finding these and finally pulling the trigger.

Update to My Previous Review.

Alpha Owls® - Tri-Pro Black DRL Bar Projector LED Headlights with Sequential Turn Signal

I reviewed these headlights shortly after purchasing Jan 2020. Save your money or buy another brand. My driver side low beam LEDs have gone out. No way to change the LED as they are built into the housing. I have emailed the company several times with no reply. I have since taken these off and threw into trash, cause that’s where they belong!

They Are Okay

Alpha Owls® - Projector Headlights

These lights look amazing, don't get me wrong. Theyre definitely head turners but I've already had 2 issues with them in the last month. I installed these around April 17th. First the driver side DRL went out after 1 hour of installing. Now as of May 24th 2021 my passenger side DRL went out. The signal still works and luckily I still have the second passenger side from the new ones they sent me when the driver side went. All I'm saying is if you like them and are willing to risk them going out like mine go ahead. These are definitely hit or miss. I'm hoping I have no more issues after I switch the passenger side out.

Awesome

Bought the lights a couple of months ago and just had them put in and love them very much. I was like a little kid in a candy store. Just a heads up though the manufacture mixed the high beam and the low beam, but other then the people taking a little while to put them in they look absolutely awesome after they where put in.

Awesome Lights

Alpha Owls® - Tri-Pro Black DRL Bar Projector LED Headlights with Sequential Turn Signal

Purchased these lights a month ago for my 17’ F-150. I am very satisfied with not only the light output but also the look. The low beams put out a tremendous amount of light compared to the stock headlights. A few things I’m disappointed with: the high beams are just ok, better light with low beams. Secondly as far as I can tell, you can’t change the LED bulbs if they should happen to go out. Lastly Alpha Owl is really bad at answering emails, as I had a question about there warranty and have yet to get a reply. Overall, these lights are way better than stock, and the look is great, but for the price I would maybe look elsewhere in the future. CARiD is great and have purchased items in the past and will continue to do in the future.

Disappointed

Alpha Owls® - Quad-Pro Black DRL Bar Projector LED Headlights with Sequential Turn Signal

The headlights look great but the performance is very poor. The lights shoot out this blue block in the middle with lines going through it. Very hard to see the road and uncomfortable to look at, they didn't shine the road like I expected at all! On top of that, I couldn't adjust the lights, the adjusting mechanism wasn't moving them at all! I was very disappointed. I already sent my request to exchange these lights for the Morimoto Xb led headlights.

Awful!!!

I hate these lights. Very small projection, cannot widen the light projection, only adjust up and down. Worse lights ever. $600 plus down the drain.
