These headers are 100% TIG-welded and constructed of near equal length mandrel-bent, 16-gauge heavy-duty stainless steel tubing with thick flanges to ensure a leak free seal. The smooth curves and increased diameter of this header helps remove restriction and keeps exhaust gas flowing smoothly for improved performance and durability. The headers include all components for a hassle-free installation with no modifications necessary.

This system is a direct bolt-on installation which requires no cutting or drilling to provide a hassle-free installation. Thick 1-piece flanges and OE-style gaskets are used to prevent warpage to ensure a leak-free seal over the life of the vehicle. Tube lengths are optimized for true pulse control technology which improves flow and performance. aFe has designed the performance connection pipes retain all your factory sensors for a hassle free installation. These connection pipes are a direct bolt-on installation which requires no cutting or drilling to provide a hassle-free installation. The performance connection pipes are constructed of durable 3" CNC mandrel bent, stainless steel tubing for maximum performance, corrosion resistance and strength eliminating cracking.

Mitered collectors not only extend the tube lengths and decrease turbulence, but provide optimal exhaust scavenging. The result is increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response.

aFe warrants its products to be free from manufacturer's defects due to workmanship and material. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase of the aFe product is required for all warranty claims. Warranty is valid provided aFe instructions for installation and/or cleaning were properly followed. Proper maintenance with regular inspections of product is required to insure warranty coverage. Damage due to improper installation, abuse, unauthorized repair or alteration is not warranted. Incidental or consequential damages or cost, including installation and removal of part, incurred due to failure of aFe product is not covered under this warranty. All warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of the aFe part.

aFe Is Junk!! CARID Is Great.

aFe® - Twisted Steel Headers

Afe makes over priced junk. CARID is a great company that does as they say they will. Afe will not honor their warranty. I stress do not buy headers or any of their other products. Shorty header was installed for 6 months before cracking. Two months later still no replacement part and no communication.

aFe® - Twisted Steel™ Stainless Steel Long Tube Exhaust Headers with Catted Y-Pipe

The reason I'm giving this product a 4 star is because the clamps provided. I had exaust leaks on the first clamps right after the headers. I just went to O'Reilly and bought 3" u bolt clamps sealed it perfectly. Performance wise, it's an incredible difference, on sound too. Folks if yall are planning on installing yourself, please be warned this is not an easy installation. The welds are outstanding as well. I definitely love this new upgrade on my truck.

Very Nice Headers!

These headers are very nice, seem well made and solid. Fixed the ticking exhaust leak on my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500. Make sure you get the gaskets because the headers do not come with them *My fault for not checking on that before tearing my truck apart*. The 3 top rear bolts are a pain in the ass to tighten up but that's just part of the job. Overall it's a great product and perfect fit.
