This warranty does not in any way include incidental or consequential damages (additional expenses which you may incur as the result of faulty repair or service). Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Part Showed Up Exactly as Expected, but Boot Didn't Even Last a Month

ACDelco® 92216819 - Genuine GM Parts™ Rear Driver Side CV Axle Shaft

The inner boot failed already, on a lowered vehicle, that means the axle is at an even less severe angle than factory height. The inner boot has already started flinging CV joint grease all over my newly painted sub-frame. This CV shaft is more temporary since I plan on upgrading to race drivetrain as I twin turbo my car so it is not as frustrating as if I had purchased it to last for many years. But at $500 I was really hoping I would get something that would last more that a month.
