Could you tell me if the left side and right side outer tie rod ends the same length? Also, would you be able to tell me the length from center of pin to the end?

Hello, the outer tie rods are the same for both driver and passenger sides, so yes, they are the same length for both sides. I do not have the length from pin to pin available.
