AirREX was founded to address the needs of the US market for affordable performance-oriented and easy-to-install air suspension systems for Japanese, European and domestic vehicles. Each and every AirREX suspension product is engineered from the ground up to ensure hassle-free installation and long-lasting performance. All air suspension systems and components are developed using the latest modeling software and every final product is tested independently to meet ISO 9001 and TSI16949 quality control standards. The manufacturing process involves cutting-edge technologies and equipment, including CNC machining and other precision tools. All these allow AirREX to maintain the highest level of quality and reliability, while keeping prices low.

AirREX strives to provide top-quality suspension systems and components that fit the first time. For this reason, AirREX struts feature aluminum, hard anodized upper mounts which are CNC machined to exact vehicle specifications. To complete the package, the company uses high-density polyurethane bushings and high-performance bearings which ensure the perfect fit, while adding to the durability of the product. The use of precision mounts not only simplifies the installation process, but also improves handling and ride quality. Lightweight and durable, they allow for maximum drop by replacing usually bulky OEM mounts. In result, you get perfectly balanced front and rear suspension which further can be adjusted with an adjustable damper that is standard for every AirREX application.

Suspension products from AirREX come in two different types, including bellow air struts and sleeve air struts. The first one is an extremely durable 2-ply double convoluted air spring which provides both maximum drop when aired out, and a comfortable and smooth ride when adjusted to a driving height. The size of every below is carefully calculated by AirREX engineers for each specific application to ensure the right clearance and spring rate. Rolling sleeves are also designed to deliver a comfortable and smooth driving experience along with maximum possible drop. However, unlike their counterparts, they are much smaller in diameter, yet, in most cases, provide as much travel as larger bellow struts, which is why they are primarily used on vehicles with minimum air spring clearance.
