Wavetrac Differentials

You can have plenty of horsepower at your disposal, but you also need to have a capable driveline system to transmit it to the ground properly. Wavetrac differentials feature patented wave hub designs that solve typical problems that occur in low traction conditions. First and foremost, they minimize wheelspin during zero or near-zero axle load (little or no tire grip), and unlike other gear diffs available on the market, they respond during the transition from acceleration to deceleration. When a wheel lifts off the road, the center device in the Wavetrac safely prevents loss of drive making it the only torque biasing differential out there which can automatically add internal load when needed.

Wavetrac diffs are made exclusively in the U.S. by Autotech Driveline. They are manufactured using the strongest materials available to be able to handle extreme loads – in fact, they are claimed to withstand all the power you can throw at them. 9310 steel is used for the gears, while the bodies are made from case-hardened billet or forged steel. To seal the deal, only high-quality ARP fasteners are utilized. The internal construction features minimal components, and these diffs require no maintenance or rebuild throughout their service life. You can also customize the Wavetrac with optional extras to make it better suit your road and track driving needs.
