Installation: 3M vhb Automotive double sided tape is more than enough to hold the wing. You can most definitely add extra support you can always add the bolts. But most of Vicrez customers just stick with the 3M tape to avoid drilling on their on their trunk.
Prep for Paint: Vicrez recommend to prep the wing by scrubbing the wing with scotch bride pads along with some ajax, then rinse off with water. To test out if the wing is ready for paint, pour some water on the wing. If the water roll off the wing is not ready. Scrub down the entire wing until drops of water stay on the wing when you pour water on it.
