Hello, I have an R/T Scat pack 392 with the SRT bumper. in the photos of the grille it has an SRT badge. does that come with the grille or can I take my Scat pack badge off of the one I have right now and put it on this one?

Our son has a 2019 Dodge Charger SXT. He's wanting to get a new front and rear bumper that this will fit in. The issue that I've seen is that it doesn't come with a bottom part to go with a different front bumper. Is there a bottom piece that goes with it?
