He created the Powerglide rebuilder’s manual that has become a silver bullet for sportsmen and professional rebuilders. Soon afterwards Carl composed the definitive manual based on the rugged Chrysler A-727, which plugged a gap in literature regarding transmission rebuilding and modification and led to the foundation of TSR Racing Products.
