They have a one-piece welded 12 gauge steel construction that uses a 2″ pipe frame. These running boards stretch from wheel to wheel and mount to your vehicle's frame. You won't need to modify your vehicle as these boards bolt on to existing factory mounting locations.

Tough Country headache racks are available in Heavy Duty and Louvered options. The Heavy Duty headache rack stands out with its 2″x4″ frame constriction, which is the biggest frame on the market. Louvered racks are built using a 1½” x 3″ tube frame. Both headache rack types feature a one-piece welded design without any bolts on rails.
