50 lb. ProSpray Cleaner by Prochem®. Non-caustic alkaline jet spray cleaner for all metals. ProSpray is a granular heavy-duty, non-caustic alkaline spray cleaner designed to clean ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is recommended for aluminum magnesium and cast iron. ProSpray provides excellent penetration and emulsifying properties to rapidly clean heavy encrustations of dirt, grease, oil and grime. Soils are held in suspension to avert redeposition. ProSpray will not produce excessive foaming in highly agitated jet spray machines, and its sequestering ability conditions water hardness and retards scale formation to permit efficient heat transfer. ProSpray contains no sodium hydroxide or free caustic which provides greater safety for shop personnel. ProSpray is authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.

Operating Data
- Equipment: Mild steel jet spray machines are suitable.
- Concentration: ProSpray is used at varying concentrations depending upon the type and degree of soil to be removed. Generally, 3-8 ounces per gallon of water.
- Temperature: 160°F – 190°F
- Usage: ProSpray is safe on all metals.
Safety Factors
Contains Sodium Metasilicate. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If contact should occur, rinse with water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persist, get medical attention. See MSDS for additional safety information.
