The Plymouth Arrow was an economy sports car imported and sold by the Plymouth division of Chrysler from 1976 to 1980. In itself, the vehicle was a “captive import” of the Mitsubishi Lancer of that era. The automobile was designed as a three-door hatchback. The Arrow was a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive automobile. The Plymouth Arrow was built with 1.6L I4 and 2.0L I4 engines directed through five-speed manual and three-speed automatic transmissions. The vehicle featured an interesting innovation – its rear seats could be folded and a tent, supplied by the manufacturer, could be stretched over the rear door, thus allowing to use it for camping!
