I purchased this inverter/charger for a van conversion project. The packaging was more than adequate to protect it during shipping, as it was delivered to me in great shape. It appears to be well designed and built for a mobile installation like mine. The included instructions were good - not great. I ended up contacting Kisae technical support for a few clarifications. They were very quick to respond and very helpful. After installation, I thoroughly tested the charging and inverting functions, and everything worked as expected. A couple of notes: my instructions said that the keypad could be removed from the unit and mounted remotely if I purchased a separate cable. Turns out there was a cable included in the box. I'm not complaining. I initially contacted Kisae Technical Support by email, and the reply from them included several attachments that were helpful in the installation process. One of those attachments, however, contained instructions that I would consider to be absolutely vital for correct installation. I don't know why it isn't included in the box. If I hadn't contacted them, I wouldn't have known that it existed. This is my third or fourth purchase from CARiD, but only my first review. I thought CARiD was an "also ran" eCommerce store until I took a chance and placed my first order with them a few months ago (because they had the best deal, of course). Now, they are one of my "go to" stores for anything automotive related.
