All Keko products are warranted to be free of defects in material, workmanship and finishing for lifetime from the purchase date. Under this warranty, Keko will repair or replace the product that is proven to be defective without charge. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser purchasing from Keko USA Corp or an authorized distributor and is not transferrable. Qualification of warranty claims is at Keko's sole discretion.

Keko shall have no liability for any loss or injury caused, in whole or in part by its actions, omissions or negligence or for contingencies beyond its control, mishandling or the product's wrong installation. In consideration of the above promises by Keko, the buyer agrees to and accepts the following conditions:

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied and in lieu of all other claims for damage, consequential or otherwise, which the buyer may have against Keko;
All warranties of merchantability and/or of fitness for a particular purpose are hereby excluded and/or waived;
The buyer's sole remedy shall be to obtain repair or replacement of the product from Keko or from the authorized distributor;

Normal wear and tear;
Damage caused by collision, mishandling, misuse, incorrect cleaning, incorrect installation, incorrect storage, excessive heat, any alteration made to the original product or if the product's serial number has been removed.
Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of bindings;
Damage caused by use of chemicals or abrasive products, solvents, adhesives or any other product that may scratch and expose the product to corrosion;
Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages;
All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product.

Any repairs or replacements will not result in the extension of the terms of this warranty but shall be subject to the warranty that shall accompany the repaired or replaced product.
