The latter was installed in only 232 Jensen Interceptors. For the 1972 model year, it was no longer produced. The Interceptor offered buyers to choose between a 4-speed manual transmission and a 3-speed Torqueflite A727 automatic one, which was highly rated as well as effortless in its day. Since 1968, power steering had been included as standard. In addition to its high performance capabilities, this car features a very distinctive interior and exterior design.
