Its fully independent suspension (a combination of MacPherson Strut and multilink) features aluminum parts to reduce weight, while the camber was made stiffer, front knuckles were changed, and the steering rack was attached directly to the frame for better responsiveness. The U.S.-spec E Pace is offered with all-wheel drive as standard. Power comes from a 2.0L turbo four-banger from Jaguar's Ingenium family, available in two states of tune. The base unit delivers 246 hp, while a higher-rated engine powering Dynamic models pumps out 295 hp. Both versions are mated to a 9-speed automatic by ZF.
