Universal 4 t 2-1/2" to 16-3/4" Hydraulic Forklift Jack by Hein-Werner®. Hein-Werner HW93659 forklift jack is a 4 Ton forklift jack assembled in USA. It is designed to raise and lower a forklift. Please use the appropriate support stands once the forklift is raised. The compact design and the removable handle make the storage with the ease. It is built with the strong steel construction, and gives you the ability to raise from the height of 2-1/2 inch to a maximum height of 16-3/4 inch. Hein-Werner forklift jack also features the two position lift pad to secure the contact point on a variety of surfaces. Also, as the jack is raised and lowered, lift pads adjust with the load plane.

TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

For a period of two (2) years from date of purchase, SFA Companies will repair or replace, at its option, without charge, any of its products which fails due to a defect in material or workmanship under normal usage. This limited warranty is a consumer's exclusive remedy.
