Flo-Tek® 185-505FT - Thumper Assembled Cylinder Head

Thumper Assembled Cylinder Head by Flo-Tek®. The NEWLY designed THUMPER 180 features a raised "FLOOR" and "ROOF" design. Why you ask? This allows a better approach to the valve when attempting to achieve high performance and to keep air and fuel attached to short turn radius for increased torque over a wider RPM range without sacrificing high RPM power! Coupled with NEW CHAMBER DESIGN for better wet flow quality and a NEW "W" DESIGN EXHAUST PORT to keep flow attached to the port floor which greatly increases exhaust gas evacuation verses original 180cc design. Always thinking of the racer, FLOTEK THUMPER 180 accepts stock manifold!

In 2005, Tri-State Cylinder Head began research and development of the FLO-TEK® High Performance Aluminum Racing Heads. Introduction of the FLO-TEK Cylinder Heads were in production by 2007.
