Cleartastic Paint Protection Film (“Product”) has a limited warranty from date of purchase. The film is warranted to be free from defects in manufacturing and workmanship and against peeling, yellowing, bubbling or cracking of the Product due to UV exposure. The warranty period shall not exceed five (5) years. Vehicle as defined herein includes personal automobiles and recreational (“RVs”) only.

To be valid, this warranty requires that the installation be performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended installation procedures. The owner must follow the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance requirements (including those relating to washing, waxing, and applying other surface treatments). To claim the warranty, the owner must provide original proof of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to damage to the Product caused by improper application, accident, misuse, exposure to corrosive or abrasive materials, ordinary wear, or dents caused by physical impact (ie. stones, road debris, bumps, impact, etc). The warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the Product. The manufacturer’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be the replacement of the defective Product, and in no event shall the liability exceed the purchase price of the Product.
