LIMITED WARRANTY

Center Line Wheel Corporation ("Center Line") warrants its wheels against structural defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase by the original consumer and/or user ("original purchaser"). If the wheel cannot be repaired, Center Line will replace any wheel established to be defective with a wheel of like size and type.

Center Line's chrome warranty extends one year from the date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser of the wheels. The warranty covers chrome delaminating and/or peeling assuming the wheels have been properly maintained. Wheels should be kept clean of surface contaminants including road salt and deicing chemicals. Also, please note: it is important to wipe down the wheels on a regular basis, as brake dust is caustic. If brake dust is left sitting on chrome for an extended period of time, it can pit the finish.

The warranty is only for the benefit of and valid for the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. Claims for damages for appearance defects will not be honored once the wheel has been mounted with a tire or if the wheel has been sold as "blemished" product. Furthermore, claims will not be honored if the original identification markings have been defaced, altered or removed. The wheel should be mounted with tires, installed, used and maintained only in accordance with the instructions accompanying each wheel. Failure to follow such instructions will void all warranties.

This is a performance-designed wheel. The wheel should not be used on vehicles exceeding the load limits, as recommended per wheel.
The wheel should not be used with a tire exceeding the tire diameter limits, as recommended per wheel. Do not over-inflate the tires. Bias tires should not be inflated to more than 40 p.s.i., and radial tires should not be inflated to more than 35 p.s.i. The tire should be mounted only according to good tire mounting practices using acceptable tire mounting equipment designed for the tire industry. Careless installation techniques may cause damage to wheels for which Center Line as the manufacturer does not assume responsibility.
The wheel must be installed in accordance with the instructions enclosed with the wheel. The wheel should be mounted using only lug nuts, mag nuts, or lug bolts of guaranteed quality and specifications meeting minimum D.O.T. safety requirements. This warranty does not apply if the wheel is modified or altered. In installing the wheel, "spacers" should not be used to resolve clearance problems.
Wheels should be inspected on a regular basis, at least annually. A wheel must be inspected after any accident to make sure that it has not been damaged and that lug nuts are intact and secure. When used for racing, the wheel should be inspected on a more frequent basis.

Warranty does not cover road hazards such as impacts, potholes, accidents, etc. There is no warranty on the finish due to variable conditions, salt, maintenance, neglect and damage from cleaners.

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, the only warranty given by Center Line is the warranty specifically set forth herein. There is no other warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and no other express or implied warranty. Any warranty is limited to a duration of three (3) years from the date of original purchase. Replacement, as provided under this warranty, is the exclusive remedy. Center Line shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage for breach of any warranty including, but not limited to, costs incurred from diagnosis, removal or installation labor, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, or inconvenience.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation incidental or consequential damages or other limitations on a warranty, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.

It is important to retain the dated bill of sale/receipt as evidence of purchase and the date of purchase.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Legally, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)) Learn More
