CargoBuckle provides a limited warranty, covering defects in workmanship and material for one year from the date of purchase. CargoBuckle will, at its option, replace or refund the purchase price of any product found to be defective in material or workmanship during this period. This warranty does not apply to any product which CargoBuckle deems subject to abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, negligence, or unauthorized repair. The duration of all other express and implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a purpose, is limited to one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable.

Since the application of CargoBuckle products are beyond CargoBuckle’s control, CargoBuckle’s liability, and the purchaser’s sole remedy relating to the installation, application, or use of CargoBuckle product, shall be strictly limited to recovery of its purchase price, and shall under no circumstances include recovery of any other direct, indirect, or consequential damages, whether based on damage to or loss of cargo, vehicle, or any other damages.
