Cadillac Custom Hood Panels

Duraflex item# 2483312105 via CARID. For the price I would of thought that the quality would of been better. No help from CARID. The hood I received has a crack in it about 3/4" round crack. Deliver was slow. I opened the box and the hood was nicely wrapped with plastic and supported with wood stands. I signed the paperwork and said goodbye to the driver. Apparently I needed to do a better inspection according to CARID. The hood looks nice. But when you really take a closer look. Some of the gaps are inconsistent. Edges are lost and rounded when should be sharp. Opposing corners are different where the headlight meets. And a big crack in it! See pics. Carid customer service told me to make a claim with the delivery service company. I saw no obvious damage from the delivery service. Customer failed here..I guess.
