Assault Clamp Mounts

Unfortunately, the socket cap screw head sticks up too high and won't let you get a normal Allen wrench/socket in to tighten the screw to secure the 55 degree bracket.... especially if you use the washer and lock-washer they provide. Funny how the first ones I ordered came with a M10-1.25 x 20 BUTTON head Hex drive screw that worked perfect. No one carries a button head hex drive screw in a M10-1.25 thread pattern...... especially with the non-corrosive black finish. Everyone does have them in a M10-1.50 thread pattern, but those won't work for the thread pattern in the clamps. I just placed an order for $500 in clamps from these guys and all the socket cap screws had a different finish making a consistent look throughout my car impossible. You would think at a price of $90 per set they would deliver a product that was consistent and designed correctly. Other than the above, the product is great!
