Steel Brake Line Adapter (BLA-B410) by AGS®. Adapts 9/16-18 port to a standard 1/4" Domestic brake system. AGS 8" adapter brake lines allow dissimilar connections to be made within the same system. Adapter lines are available in common brake line tube sizes 3/16", 1/4", and 6mm. AGS offers OE matching lines. ISO/Bubble to SAE/Inverted, English thread to Metric thread, and enlarging/reducing lines. The entry-level replacement line is an excellent choice for aftermarket fluid transfer line repair and replacement. The steel lines and tubing are constructed with safety and longevity in mind. The tubing is produced by wrapping copper-coated steel around itself twice to form the tubing. This double-wall tube is what provides the strength and structural integrity to withstand the extreme pressures required, yet still remain pliable enough to be formed and bent to the shapes required to be routed beneath the vehicle. The finished tube is fused and zinc-coated to provide excellent rust and corrosion resistance as well. The Standard Steel line has been the choice of professional installers/mechanics and do-it-yourself mechanics for many years. When properly installed, the standard steel line can provide a long-lasting repair or replacement for many types of vehicles and for all types of fluid transfer systems, including braking systems. However, when a vehicle is expected to see harsh environments like snow, road treatments, salt air, etc…on a regular basis or when the longest replacement life is required; other premium lines like Poly-Armour and NiCopp should be considered. – Excellent Resistance to Rust and Corrosion – DOT Approved for Hydraulic Brake Systems – Bends and Forms without Kinking – Available in Coils of 25' – Finished Lines Available for Domestic & Import. AGS warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

Consumable products are warranted, at the time of sale, only against defects in workmanship or materials that prevent their use. Consumable products are goods reasonably expected to be used up or damaged during use. This warranty only extends to the original customer and cannot be transferred or assigned.

During the applicable duration of the warranty, at its option, AGS® will repair or replace its products which fail to give satisfactory service due to defective workmanship or materials, or provide a refund by repaying or crediting customer with an amount equal to the purchase price of such products. Repair, replacement, or refund shall be at the election and expense of AGS®, and is customer’s exclusive remedy in place of all other rights and remedies. By repairing or replacing a product, or providing a refund, AGS® does not waive a claim that a product nevertheless has been subject to abnormal use.

In addition to any limitations outlined in warranty statements provided with the Product, AGS® does not provide any warranty for:

Products subjected to “abnormal use”

Products that are not labeled AGS® or XForce® are subject to the warranty provided by the manufacturers of those products and AGS® will pass along any such warranties. “Abnormal use” includes misuse, accident, modification, unreasonable use, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, use in product-related service, or use after the product is significantly worn. Abnormal use also includes, without limitation, situations when a unit is pulled using a mechanical vehicle, rolled over large drops, used in a highly corrosive environment, modified with non-AGS® or XForce® parts, overloaded or modified in any way.
