BladeRunner Intercooler
The BladeRunner Intercooler represents the next generation of intercooler technology. BladeRunner intercoolers utilize a huge bar and plate design (up to 3-1/2" thick) and outflows OE style tube and fin core designs by as much as 74%. This design results in quicker and more measurable heat dissipation. The unique BladeRunner end tanks are available in TIG-welded aluminum plate or cast and incorporate multi-directional vanes that efficiently direct air flow throughout the entire core to utilize every square inch for maximum cooling.
BladeRunner Intercooler GT Series
This BladeRunner intercooler GT Series features a bar and plate core design that outflows stock intercoolers by increasing heat dissipation over the much smaller tube and fin design used by the OEM. The unique BladeRunner end tanks are constructed out of 3/16 TIG-Welded aluminum plates that incorporate seven multi-directional vanes "MDV" throughout the intercooler. This technology is used to direct hot air flow through the entire intercooler core, which allows for greater cooling. This intercooler is 100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen for strength and durability and pressure tested at 200psi.
BladeRunner Intercooler Street Series
This BladeRunner intercooler features a bar and plate core design that outflows the stock intercoolers by increasing heat dissipation over the much smaller tube and fin design used by the OEM. The unique BladeRunner end tanks are constructed out of cast 356-T6 aluminum that incorporate Multi-Directional Vane (MDV) technology. This technology is used to direct hot air flow through the entire intercooler core, which allows for greater cooling. This intercooler is 100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen for strength and durability and pressure tested at 100psi.
aFes intercooler tube upgrades are designed to replace the factory intercooler tube either on the cold side or the hot side. Even though larger in diameter, the upgrades follow a smoother course that requires no modification to the vehicle. Larger diameter and smoother flow path reducing resistance and improving airflow.
