What’s New for 2024?

• New Name. As we have mentioned above, Audi gave a new name to this electric SUV. So the model which was previously known as the e-tron is now called the Q8 e-tron, while the e-tron Sportback was rechristened as the Q8 e-tron Sportback. The more powerful S version got the SQ8 e-tron moniker.
• Refreshed Exterior. The Audi Q8 e-tron sports a reworked front end, new wheel spoilers, and a controllable air inlet, which all together improve aerodynamics. The new grille features a light bar that stretches between the headlights and the latest version of the brand’s logo. Finally, new wheel options are also available.
• Mechanical Improvements. Both regular and Sportback models are equipped with two electric motors, one on each axle, with a combined output of 355 horsepower. When the Sport mode is activated, they offer 402 horsepower. The rear motor was adjusted this year, which allows for producing slightly more torque when needed, lowering consumption, and increasing driving range. The SQ8 e-tron has three electric motors producing a combined 496 horsepower. All models are now equipped with a larger 106.0-kWh battery which provides above 300 miles of range for certain versions and can be charged at a rate of up to 170 kW.
