Hello, I have a 2019 RAV4 XLE. My Left headlight assembly has a sticker that is 811500R14000. Is this the same as the 811500R142? Also what is the difference between the Canadian made versus the Japanese made assemblies? Is there any, other than the part number? Thanks so much! Emma
