The Kia Sportage represents good value in the fierce small SUV segment. It offers rich feature content for the price that undercuts many of its rivals and has one of the finest interiors in its class. And with a 2023 redesign that kicks off its fifth generation, the Sportage dons new edgy styling inside and out. That new look complements the already known strengths, granting this compact SUV a place on the shopping lists of much more potential buyers. As always, the aftermarket offers generous support, and if some upgrades to your crossover are required or you're looking for reasonably-priced parts for regular maintenance, we've got you covered with the right 2023 Kia Sportage accessories and parts.

Kia has made striking changes to the exterior of the fifth-gen Sportage. Its style has gone from ordinary to extraordinary, giving the previously mainstream-looking crossover a bold appearance with plenty of visual muscle. It now boasts shapely bodywork with angular lines and a variety of interesting details and matching accessories. The front is radically new, with a complex grille-and-headlights ensemble creating an aggressive look. Side surfacing is more expressive, and the rear is sharply sculpted and features redesigned, stretchy tail lights. Visually, the new Kia Sportage is a departure from its sibling – the Hyundai Tucson, with which it shares a platform and much of the engineering.

The interior has gone far more upscale, especially on higher trim levels that provide the look and feel of a luxury vehicle. In upper trim levels, there is a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster that flows and curves into the same-sized infotainment display, forming a single entity. The base model uses an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay & Android Auto integration. The screen panel is flanked by distinctly-shaped air vents. A good thing is that touchscreen controls haven't vastly replaced physical buttons; many functions can still be conveniently controlled via knobs. If you're in the market for 2023 Kia Sportage parts or accessories that will keep your vehicle in pristine condition or make it better suit your needs, look no further.

The new Sportage is bigger than the outgoing model. Owing to a 3.4-inch stretch in wheelbase and 7.1 inches added to the overall length, the Kia provides more legroom for rear-seat passengers and can now accommodate more cargo – 40 cu. ft. behind the back seat versus the previous model's 30.7 cubes. The new platform also helped reduce NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) levels and improve driving performance, while also being suitable for fitting a hybrid powertrain.

Moving the 2023 Sportage around is one of the two Tucson-sourced powertrains. Under the hood of the non-hybrid model is a 2.5-liter normally aspirated four-cylinder. The unit produces 187 hp and is linked to an 8-speed automatic gearbox that sends its energy to the front or all four wheels. The Sportage Hybrid is equipped with a 1.6-liter turbo 4-cylinder and a 44 kW electric motor producing a combined output of 226 horses. A 1.49-kWh battery that feeds the motor is expected to return 39 miles of electric driving. Another option for eco- and fuel-conscious buyers is the new Sportage PHEV. It is equipped with the same engine as the regular hybrid model but features a higher-power motor (66.9 kW) and a larger 13.8-kWh battery. The estimated driving range of the plug-in hybrid is 32 miles.

As many as seven trim levels are available for this year's SUV, giving buyers plenty of choices. Notable are the new X-Line, X-Pro, and X-Pro Prestige models, which gained standard AWD and are raised an additional 1.5 inches. While the X-Line is more of an appearance package with its unique front and rear end designs, different rims, black detailing, and an updated roof rack, the X-Pro models are more capable off-road thanks to all-terrain tires and traction-improving modes. They also come with such niceties as a heated windshield and LED fog lights.

These mats are much nicer than the cheap , thin mats that Subaru provided . They look great and fit better than the OEM carpets . The added customization is the cherry on top ! Also , the trunk mat has added the class my Legacy needed.
