The GT-R is not just Nissan's tarmac-tearing sports car, it's one of the most revered nameplates in motorsports history. Launched for 2009, the current R35-generation model is a spiritual successor to the R32 Skyline GT-R, widely known by its Godzilla nickname. Back in the day (1989-1993), the R32 was known as a track monster capable of beating all of its rivals in motorsports competitions, hence the name. The Godzilla delivered as explosive of performance that it was even banned from some championships. The Nissan GT-R still carries that giant-killing DNA. Although its competitors have received thorough redesigns that made them way more modern, the GT-R still remains the go-to choice for those who want to be different. And our 2022 Nissan GT-R accessories and parts will help you achieve a unique level of customization.
For 2022, the GT-R is available in Premium and Nismo models, while offering a new Special Edition version. The limited-production sports car builds on the Nismo, which means it has the same performance specs and aerodynamic accessories as the extreme GT-R variant, but sets itself apart with cosmetic tweaks such as an exclusive Stealth Gray body paint and unique 20-inch forged wheels with red trim. It is also the first model to wear the automaker's newly-designed logo.
The brilliant mechanicals of the 2022 GT-R carry over unchanged. Under the hood, there is a hand-built 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 that makes 565 hp in the Premium and 600 hp in the Nismo. It is mated to a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, and standard all-wheel drive puts its power to the ground in a smart way. Almost all of the available torque goes to the rear axle at launch, and then, the system can distribute torque equally between the axles or split it between the rear wheels if need be. With a 0-60 time of under 3 seconds, the GT-R is incredibly fast, but what it is equally good at is handling precision. Its overall composition allows for excellent high-speed cornering ability. The car is wide and sits low; AWD and suspension parts are computer-controlled with utmost precision, while the tires ensure ultimate grip. While the track is where the GT-R is designed to show its talents, it is reasonably civilized on the street, too. No matter where and how you use it, we have the 2022 Nissan GT-R parts and accessories to tailor your car to your particular taste and application.
Want to make your 2022 Nissan GT-R one of a kind, keep it running at its peak, or turn it into a high-powered beast? Our vast selection of premium accessories and parts ticks all the boxes. Quality is at the heart of everything we do at CARiD, so whatever your project, our brand name products and qualified experts will ensure success. Class. Luxury. Durability.
